Oh my goodness. We are in love with our drop zone for our kids! We didn’t have a space for backpacks and shoes and the team at Lively Luxury Designs brought our vision to life. We worked with Joseph and Shane and both were fabulous to work with!! We will be using them for all future projects!

Shane did an amazing job on our fireplace wall! He was professional, extremely detail-oriented, and took the time to make sure everything was done perfectly. His work was very clean, precise, and exceeded our expectations. We’re extremely happy with the final result and highly recommend Livly Luxury Design LLC for any home improvement or renovation work. The designer made excellent use of natural light throughout our home. Window treatments, mirrors, and furniture placement all work together to brighten the rooms. It's amazing how much more cheerful the house feels without making any structural changes.

We LOVE the accent wall that Lively Luxury Designs did for us! The style & color are amazing — gives the room a cozy feel!

I contracted this company three months ago to help me with a design project. The project was completed on time and according to specifications. However, I came home on the first night to find that the contractor had left a large indelible stain with skin coating mud on my furniture, which he failed to properly protect while he was working. I attempted to clean it myself, to no avail. When I brought this up to the company they claimed that it was my attempts to use alcohol to remove the mark that resulted in the permanent stain, and did not offer any compensation for the damages to the furniture. While I appreciated the quality of the work performed on the walls, their contractor's lack of regard for my furniture, and the company's defensiveness and failure to offer compensation for damages is unacceptable.

I am big-time impressed. Everything went smooth from A-to-Z. I had this general name. Santiago did a magnificent job. I will be in touch cause I have two more bedrooms to do and I would like Santiago to come back and do each one of them.

Lively Luxury designs redid a spare bedroom in my home and made it a dream wardrobe space for my wife. We could not be happier with how it turned out and not only is the space beautiful it is practical and adds so much extra storage space which we knew we needed. The team was lovely to work with and very responsive and respectful in our home. There is no better team than Lively Luxury Designs. We will be using them for any future home renovations and so should you!

They took extreme care to understand exactly what we wanted, and they delivered designs that exceeded our expectations. We were also pleasantly surprised with the project cost. It was very affordable, especially considering the quality of workmanship. Lively Luxury Designs really made my vision a reality. Juan worked very hard to meet my needs and was truly detailed oriented, making sure everything was perfect for me. I asked them to lay some LVP in my daughter's room & hallway that I had already bought and started (until I hurt my back). And, asked them to redo my stairs with new treads, new double railings, and accents in the breezeway. It just makes me smile every time I walk by. No job is too big or too small for them. I reached out to a handful of designers for an upscale office space that really needed some love. Due to the nature of its environment, we needed the work done in the evenings or over a weekend (not during business hours to disrupt). Kelly and her team jumped right on it. Editing to respond to the business.... We were looking for a company to help us remodel our laundry room and I wish we kept looking. Lively Luxury Designs is a joke and there is nothing luxury about this company. Please see pictures of the work and conversation with the owner, Kelly. We basically paid Lively for a finders fee of $500+ to find us a contractor that specialized in cabinetry. Unfortunately, the contractor was not a specialist in cabinetry and seen in the pictures. My husband and I constantly had to contact Kelly for an update and provide pictures of the terrible job. She did nothing willingly. She or her company never came to check on the work. It took days/weeks to get simple cabinets installed and even now we are at a loss and down thousands of dollars for incomplete work because the contractor never delivered. The "specialized" cabinet guy came 5-6 times to paint the cabinets and as seen in the picture, he couldn't even do that right. Do yourself a favor and steer clear of this company. To clarify, Lively Luxury Designs NEVER came out to review/check the quality of the work. In fact, we have text messages showing my husband and I constantly contacting Kelly to express our frustration and disappointment of the work. Something that was supposed to take a few days took weeks. For what? The sloppy job done by their contractor. Lively charged us a finders fee and poorly "managed" the project. Further, you didn't give us an option for a refund. My husband had to ask. Lively never refunded us a dime rather the contractor refunded us for a portion that is still not acceptable.

Edit to address the response. There is notting Luxury about this company. They did a terrible job on our laundry room cabinets. Cant tell you how many times the cabinets were repainted and still wasn’t done correctly. Not once did anyone from the company come check on the work see how it was done or what needed to be fixed. They sent out a subcontractor to do the work. We ended up having to fire them and get a partial refund back with the job being incomplete. Save your money and time and look for another company that specializes in luxury work. If i can give 0 starts i would. ***Repaint our cabinets that were poorly done altogether? Repaint the cabinets that were already repainted 5-6 times by your contractor? My wife and I will not delete the comment. My wife and I had to constantly contact your office/owners to even address the poor work done by your contractor. You and your team never came out to even check on the terrible work. And to tell us that you guys will pay a painter to repaint the cabinets that should have been painted correctly the first time? This was also a lie, you had told me to give the remanning payment to you. Also i asked for a refund you did not offer this. Unacceptable.

From conception to completion, Kelley and the Lively Luxury Designs team were consummate professionals. They were knowledgeable, courteous, and Dustin’s execution was spot on. You can find anyone to do an accent wall, but if you’re looking for 5 star service, look no further than Lively Luxury Designs.

I hired this company about 3 years ago, Dustin came and installed my wall and he was a perfectionist. I greatly appreciated the attention to detail, my wall is flawless! Courtney helped me pick a beautiful pink color I think it was called Pressed Flower Sherwin Williams. My daughter loves her room and I am so thankful I found this company to execute my vision.

Seeing as how my first review got deleted, I will post again! I would give 0 stars if I could. I hired Lively Luxury Designs for two home projects they claimed would take 5–7 days. After I paid a cash deposit and another one by card, the first contractor delivered poor-quality work that had to be removed. I requested a refund, but they refused unless I let them do both jobs — or they'd keep all the money. The second job also wasn’t completed on time. The crew arrived late, unprepared, and without the correct materials — despite weeks of planning. The work dragged on for over 3 weeks and they damaged my fireplace in the process. Only after I threatened legal action did they agree to a refund. I was promised weekly payments, but only received $750 total which was not even 1/3 of what I had paid. The rest was never returned by them. They subcontracted the work without disclosing it, failed to meet deadlines, damaged my property, and didn’t follow through on refunds. I would not recommend doing business with this company.

The design was one I wanted for nearly a decade, so the Lively Luxury Designs team took care to understand the look I was going for. They nailed it! We are very happy with how the installation came out. Lively Luxury Designs team could stand do much better about one thing: In their consultations, they should really tell customers to take a day off once their project is done. The worst part of my project being done by them was having to sit in a full day of meetings the following day instead of basking in the glory of our space feeling more custom and whole!! 😜Absolutely love the updated space and would recommend Lively Luxury Designs to anyone!!

I want to share my personal experience working with Courtney and Kelly, the owners of Lively Luxury Designs. While their wall designs are undeniably beautiful, my business interaction with them was disappointing and unprofessional. We had two phone calls and exchanged multiple emails to establish a working partnership. Everything seemed promising at first, but just one week into working together, they abruptly backed out of our agreement without proper communication or accountability after we had starting doing work. They just were unprofessional and not trust worthy. This experience left me feeling misled and disrespected. I believe it's important for others to know that while their work may be visually impressive, my experience shows they are not the most reliable or trustworthy business owners to collaborate with.

Found them through a friend who previously used. Installers and the company had great customer service and integrity through the remodel of my office wall. I converted a bedroom into an office, adding an accent pinstripe wall, and hiding the closet door within the accent wall. The spacing was off from what I original requested and they without any question reverted to what I requested - I believe this speaks to their commitment to great service and quality work. The finished result speaks for itself. Definitely recommend!

The mixture of Golden Saffron and Galapagos Teal was the perfect combination to elevate my home’s interior—it’s vibrant, elegant, and completely transforms the space. We contracted someone who was recommended by a neighbor to install pinstripe paneling at our fireplace. Unfortunately, they did a poor job. We reached out to Molly at Lively Luxury Designs about this predicament. She was sympathetic about the situation and walked us through the process of removing and re-installing the current installation. She and Kelly patiently addressed all our questions. On the installation day, we had a dynamic duo do an amazing job. We used to turn off the fireplace light so we didn't see the poor job that was done. We love turning on the light because it's a beautiful statement piece and a focal point in its space.

These projects included prayer room door and cabinet, climbing wall for kids and wooden beams. He was extremely patient with us in adjusting the designs as per the changing requirement. He did not mind working long hours to finish the projects within promised timeframe . He was very accommodating with the other contractors working in the house. Very transparent with the challenges and hiccups coming along the way .. no surprises .. . I love my accent wall! If I did it myself, my wall would have only been painted but Lively Luxury Designs added a whole new dimension. I’m definitely not an interior design person so I reached out to get help on deciding what color I should go with. I was sent several color choices along with design options. One of my main concerns was working the design around the tv wall mount because I did not want to have to remove and rehang it. Daniel assured me that it wouldn’t be a problem at all. Daniel arrived at my house around 11:00 am and was finished in about 5 hours. He was very professional and friendly. I highly recommend Lively Luxury Designs and Daniel.

Lively luxury designs did an amazing job in transforming our dining room wall just in time for our holiday parties! They were responsive , professional, accommodating, and truly care about the end outcome. We had some initial feedback and they worked through to make sure that we were satisfied and in love with the design and end result.

I am so happy with how well it went with LLDs!! They were so quick to respond, and had a quick turnaround frame time for me! They took my idea and really worked with me on it to make sure I was happy. Rew and Lacey were a dream to work with. Super no fuss and gave it to me straight which I appreciated when it came to design, what was possible and if it was a good idea. Would definitely recommend to my friends if they needed work done by a design company!

Everyone that worked on our project (Lacey, Lauren and Andrew) were absolutely AMAZING! Lacey, our Concierge and Designer was so helpful and walked us through all the design options. We felt so good knowing our project would turn out beautiful. Our contractor Andrew was very friendly and it only took him 1 day to install. He did a wonderful job and communicated with us during the whole install. This was one of the best additions we have made to our house. My suggestion is if you are thinking about adding an accent wall like ours, DO IT! And go with this company.

From start to finish our experience was five star. Lacey, our client relations liaison, was professional and responsive. Our contractor, JC, was detail oriented, organized, and cleaned everything up once complete. He was able to complete both walls in about 12 hours- I was kind blown! We are so happy with our decision and will be adding additional accent walls in our home soon ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Had the best experience on my accent wall in my office. The entire process was smooth and efficient. JC’s work was amazing & Lacey, Dustin & Courtney were all amazing to work with. Constantly checking in on me, and providing updates throughout the whole process. Cannot recommend them enough. Definitely plan to use them for another project when we are ready.

Beautiful work of art custom to my needs and made my home feel elegant. Communication is clear and consistent and they would above and beyond my expectations.

Steer clear of this company. Nightmare might be an understatement at this point. We hired them to do a project that they said would take 4 days. They started on August 8. Today is September 9, and it is still not finished. They have sent out 3 different contractors to work on the job. The first 2 contractors made a complete mess. They have sent out at least 4 people to look at the project, and they all said I’m so sorry this looks awful. The 3rd contractor is trying to fix the mess, but hasn’t been able to thus far and it feels hopeless at this point. This evening (September 9) we got home at almost midnight from a long day of football and their contractor was still in our house. He left at 12:30am, and the job STILL isn’t done. There are many other companies out there that can get you a good finished project without all this headache. I wish someone would have warned me.

Our contractor was Rew and he did amazing work! He made sure we loved our walls before he left. One of the owners even came by to ensure that everything was going as expected. We are already looking to see what our next project will be.
