What should I know about your pricing?

Our pricing is hassle-free and all-inclusive—covering paint, labor, and materials. We offer multiple convenient payment options:

  • Credit Cards: Accepted but processing fees of 4% apply.

  • Venmo, Cashapp, Applepay: Available with standard same-day transaction fees.

  • Zelle: Fee-free option for quick bank transfers.

  • Afterpay: Up to $4,000- split into equal installments. We’ll go over the details during your consultation discovery call once you have booked.

Additionally, for larger projects, we offer consumer-friendly financing through Wisetack, with amounts ranging from $5,000 to $25,000. Pre-qualify here with no impact on your credit score.

What education and/or training does your team have?

We train our craftsmen on our designs, hiring those with carpentry and remodel experience.

Our team undergoes meticulous vetting and two weeks of specialized training on our designs. Supported by our client concierge and project managers, we aim to ensure a hassle-free experience. Most of our contractors have been with LLD for 2 + years.

What should be considered before I book a consult?

What is the average timeline?

The installation time varies depending on the complexity and size of the project. Our team will provide you with an estimated timeline during the consultation phase. Some of our accent walls can be installed in 1 day and some can take up to a week.

Can I choose my own materials?

Absolutely! We offer a wide range of luxurious materials, and our designers will guide you in selecting the ones that best match your style and preferences. Our project manager can show you different material options and provide you with color swatching during your in- person confirmation appointment which occurs one week prior to installation.

Do you provide a warranty for your work?

Yes, we take pride in our craftsmanship and offer a 365 day warranty to ensure your satisfaction. Our team is dedicated to addressing any concerns and ensuring your accent wall remains flawless.

Will my wall still look good if it is textured?

Yes! 99% of the work we do is on textured walls and they look fabulous. If you'd like us to flatten or skim the wall first, we can do it for an additional charge.

What is your cancellation policy?

If you cancel your installation, you will lose your 25% deposit out of respect for our time and resources.

What if I need to reschedule my installation?

You can reschedule your installation up to two times and your deposit will carry over. If you reschedule a third time we have the right to reject the service and you will lose your 25% deposit.

Is their any project your company can’t do?

We can assist with most home needs! We have a team capable of building accent walls and trim work, stand alone painting of interior and exteriors of homes. We also can do all tile/ flooring work, we frequently build fireplace boxes on walls and do built ins for clients. We offer wallpaper services, ceiling treatments and last but not least we have a dedicated interior design team that just focuses on selecting furniture, textiles, colors, and decor for your space! Anything you can dream up, we can bring to life, and we love doing so!
