before their consultation, allowing our design and

Meet Caitie
Caitie is our in-house Interior Designer, offering both virtual and in-home design services. She obsesses over every detail, stays on top of the latest trends, and helps clients create beautiful, functional spaces that reflect their style. Because she works directly with our remodeling team throughout the entire project, clients enjoy a seamless experience, clear communication, and a design that is executed exactly as envisioned—without the hassle of coordinating with an outside designer.
Meet Helanie
Helanie leads our business development and partnership efforts, building relationships with realtors, builders, developers, and other industry professionals. She helps connect clients with the right remodeling and design solutions—whether it's preparing a home for the market, collaborating with builders on model home renovations, or creating strategic partnerships that make the home improvement process seamless. Her goal is to create opportunities that help clients maximize their property's value while delivering an exceptional experience from start to finish.
Meet Dan
Dan is our Project Manager and serves as the bridge between our clients, designers, and installation teams to ensure every project runs smoothly from start to finish. Before construction begins, he meets with clients—either by phone or in person—to carefully review every detail of the project. From material selections, board widths, and finish details to installation preferences and contractor expectations, Dan takes the time to ensure nothing is overlooked and everyone is on the same page before work starts.
Having a dedicated Project Manager means you don't have to worry about managing contractors, answering installation questions, or wondering whether important details were communicated correctly. Dan acts as your advocate throughout the process, coordinating with our teams, addressing questions before they become problems, and ensuring your vision is being executed exactly as discussed.
During installation, Dan conducts job site visits and quality-control checks to make sure work is being completed to our standards and that your project stays on track.
Once the project is complete, Dan performs a final walkthrough to verify that every detail has been completed correctly and that the finished product meets both our standards and your expectations. His role is designed to provide peace of mind, eliminate guesswork, and create a seamless experience—so you can feel confident that your project was completed with care, professionalism, and attention to detail every step of the way.

Our skilled installation team is the backbone of every project we complete. Many of our contractors have been working with us for over three years and have been carefully selected, trained, and vetted to meet our Lively Luxury standards. Every contractor undergoes a criminal background check for your peace of mind and completes extensive hands-on training before joining our team.
We have specialized contractors throughout the DFW area, each bringing expertise in their craft. From full-scale remodeling and custom cabinetry to accent walls, wallpaper installation, painting, and interior finishes, we match every project with the right professionals to ensure exceptional results.
What sets our installers apart is their attention to detail, professionalism, craftsmanship, and respect for your home. We believe great contractors do more than simply complete a job—they communicate clearly, arrive on time, maintain a clean work environment, and take pride in delivering outstanding work. We proudly serve the entire DFW Metroplex, Houston, Austin, and the Orlando, Florida area. For larger projects and unique opportunities, we are also willing to travel and have successfully completed projects outside of our primary service areas when the investment and scope are the right fit.

Dustin is the hands behind the vision. From intricte trim work to flawless finishes, his craftsmandship is second to none. He has trained the LLD team to have structure, precision and accuracy in each of our clients homes.
